Adding Users

Overview:

You can add new user profiles to your system database by adding new users in the User Configuration form.

• Note: If you wish to add a large number of users, use the Import functionality. See About Importing User and Device Data for more information.

Programming

To add a new user

1. Access the User Configuration form.

2. Click Add.

3. Enter the user's Personal, Device, Policies and Services, Embedded Voice Mail, and Desktop Tool Access information.

• Note: The Directory Number and Device Type field are required fields.

4. Click Save.
